Word has it that Patrick Geary is doing a load of training for 3 weeks ie going to gym and running , he looks like a possible contender for the Tour of the Knockmealdowns next month !

This weekend the some Fermoy underage riders are heading to the Tour of Wales for their last race of the season , their in top form these days ,and should do some damage over there ...

Sean Kelly Tour

Over 3000 riders , of all shapes and sizes turned up yesterday for the Sean Kelly Tour of Waterford .A well organised event that turned out to be a tough day in wet and windy weather ( the kind of day that would have suited King Kelly )
It was great to be part of the biggest mass start cycling event in Ireland !
