Pedal-Fit Class on Wednesday March 10th at 7pm in Colaiste.
The Winter Indoor Training Class are coming to an end next Tuesday and Wednesday.We will be running a Pedal-Fit Class on March 10th.
This will be a tough 1 hour indoor-cycle suitable for all ages and sizes.
Turbo trainers available but if you have your own bring it along.
We have some bikes available also.
The price is €7.
Under 16s and Over 60s are free.
