Fermoy Cycling Clubs annual general meeting is scheduled for Thursday 21st of January at 8pm in Colaiste an Chraoibhain , Fermoy
Over 30 at tonights class
Indoor cycling and stretching class every Tuesday and Wednesday in the Colaiste at 7pm.Tuesday is a one hour ride ideal for beginners,recreational and underage cyclists.
Wednesday's class is a tough one hour ride followed by a 20 minute stretching routine,perfect for the serious cyclist.
€40.00 for 6 classes
Under 14s are free on Tuesdays
Turbos and yoga mats provided.
Free Indoor Cycling Class
On Wednesday the 13th of January we are having a Free Indoor Training Class at 7pm.
Everyone should come,Begineers,Kids,Juniors,Seniors,Vets etc .
It's an open night to see if we can encourage some new people.
There will be no Indoor Training on Tuesday 12th Jan.
If you know of anyone who might like to come,bring them along.
If you have a turbo trainer bring it too .
